A-Z Manufacturing Ltd is a Rwandan engineering and manufacturing company founded in 2021 and based in Karongi, Western Province. We design, build, install and maintain agricultural machinery, agro-processing equipment and smart agricultural technologies for farmers, cooperatives, processors and industries.
The company was founded by David Tuyishime, a Manufacturing Technology engineer (B.Tech) with hands-on experience in machine manufacturing, metal fabrication, installation and maintenance since 2018. Every A-Z machine is designed for local conditions, built by our own team, and supported with installation, operator training and spare parts.

What We Do
1. Agricultural & Agro-Processing Machines
- Grain & flour: URUGERO flour mill, All Seeds Crusher, oil press
- Animal feed: ORORA NEZA chaff cutter, pellet machines
- Poultry: stunners, scalders, pluckers
- Food processing & storage: Sombe machines, dryers, cold rooms, loofah (icyangwe) processing
- Limestone hammer mills for agricultural lime
- Composting machines
- Manual machines for off-grid areas: maize shellers, crushers
2. Smart Uhira: Smart Irrigation
Our solar-powered smart irrigation system for smallholder farmers. A 7-in-1 sensor measures soil moisture, temperature, pH, EC, air temperature, humidity and light, and a 12V solar pump irrigates automatically without grid electricity. Farmers save water, reduce labour and increase yields.
3. AZ Smart Care: Software & Maintenance
Our AZ Smart Care cloud platform helps companies manage maintenance, assets, inventory, production, procurement, finance and HR in one system, with AI predictive maintenance coming soon. 4. A-Z Academy: Technical Training
Hands-on training in welding, metal fabrication, machine operation and maintenance inside a real manufacturing workshop, building the skilled workforce Rwanda's industry needs. 68+ students trained so far.

🌱 Green Industrialisation & Circular Economy
A-Z Manufacturing supports Rwanda's green industrialisation agenda. We design our machines and our own production to cut emissions and waste:
⚡ Cleaner machines
Our electric and solar-powered machines replace diesel-powered equipment, saving about 30 metric tonnes of CO₂ emissions every year.
🔥 Wood waste into briquettes
Leftover wood from our workshop is recycled into eco-friendly briquettes, a cleaner cooking fuel that reduces pressure on forests.
♻️ Metal offcuts into tools
Metal offcuts from machine fabrication are turned into small farm tools such as the NUTRICORNER two-prong hoe, so almost nothing goes to waste.
🏭 Our Future Factory
Our next step is a modern A-Z Manufacturing factory in Rwanda, designed to scale up production of agricultural and agro-processing machines, expand A-Z Academy training, and serve more farmers across Rwanda and the region.
